S1 E155 — Distraction or Viewing Addiction?

What happened to my drive?  There’s so much to do and so little time left over from my impeachment viewing addiction.

The Tau of Steves: What You Don’t Know Could Fill a Book

“5”  Steve Jobs, (1955 – 2011): If someone tells you that you can’t, it only strengthens your will to prove them wrong.  Whatever has been bottled up will now pop out.” Pisces

Hi and welcome to Saturday’s Episode 155 in the first season of “My 1-Year Natural Experiment” on this 18th day of January in winter of 2020.

Here’s what I’m loosely thinking about for gaining a little more self-control:

I’m feeling the need to band my days; schedule types of activities old and new as I launch and maintain Patreon, schedule benefits delivered to each tier, promote assertively to attract awareness, interest, liking and desire.

I’m thinking those activities are low energy sucking, almost routines that require little to no inspiration beyond daily habits near the end of the day.

Then there’s the before and after walking, until around 12:30 or 1 pm which is for imagining, conceptualizing, pre-writing in What would Leo da V do? Time before walking and then drafting, editing and publishing until 1pm.

But, there’s flipping, cascading and pin boarding in early mornings that would both inspire and replace What would Leo da V do? Time, or at least sap energy from it.

I’m thinking of color coding the time boxes which wouldn’t replace the color text I’m using.  Eventually the two text and time slots would match up.

Is it any wonder, then that we — Zahn, Winkler, Emma the Baroness and I — don’t have any Holiday Tau to bring me to my senses?

Random ones that make me want change my sign.

Researcher’s Note:  This ain’t no birthday of mine.  It may be yours and you should claim it, but may steal it before you can find it.  It’s got all the key words I like about me — brilliant, plan, treasures and path.

Today’s Holiday Birthday:

“Brilliant and driven, you will surge with the power of a plan.  Things will derail and adjustments must be made.  You’ll get so good at getting back on track.  Persistence allows you to claim the many treasures along your path that weren’t necessarily what you were aiming for and are all the more delightful.”

I don’t recall either of you working your Holiday Tau into any of your albums.  Speaking for Emma the Baroness and me our beginnings resembled more like lighting kindling, because it was so combustible we felt we could hardly contain it.

“5”  Steve Winwood, 71; Stevie Wonder, 69: The beginnings of a relationship are like a winter morning walk.  Give it a few laps to see if internal temperatures adjust for a pleasantly invigorating experience.  Taurus

So, you’re saying taking three mile walks is a good thing? Or, are you saying that my addiction to the impeachment hearings requires a break from time to time or I’ll continue to wake up at 3 am every night?

“3”  Steve Howey, 42:The energy of anticipation can go awry and must be managed.  Step away, distract yourself, calm down and come back.”  Cancer

Money is riding on it?  How?  You mean my viewing addiction to find out who knew what and when distracts me from what I intended to complete with my Patreon page?

“4”  Steve Carell, 57; Steve Martin, 74; Steve Wozniak, 69: Sometimes you like finding out what people know that you don’t because it’s interesting.  But right now money is riding on it.  Ask outright.” Leo

Respect and trust flew out the window when it comes to the current president in my view.  That’s how I answered Emma the Baroness’ cousin’s husband while we men sipped our beer in the afternoon sun around small tables waiting for the cousins return from their Norwegian shopping in Lillehammer.

“4”  Steve Aoki, 41: Respect is the bedrock of good relationships; it makes things easier, allowing you go give and receive the benefit of the doubt.” Sagittarius

Sure, that works.  Maybe I should get someone to say that, or tell myself that.  Will that work to get me back on track?

“5”  Steve Jobs, (1955 – 2011): If someone tells you that you can’t, it only strengthens your will to prove them wrong.  Whatever has been bottled up will now pop out.” Pisces
