S1 E 141 — Be Your Inner Artist and Let Her Fly

What’s going on in the real world — criticisms of the Trump Presidency, speculation about California’s Internet Privacy law, an opinion piece about how Milton Friedman’s take on capitalism doesn’t work anymore and in the “who knew category” — retiring to Vietnam.

The Tau of Steves: What You Don’t Know Could Fill a Book

Hi and welcome to Thursday’s Episode 141 in the first season of “My 1-Year Natural Experiment” on this 26th day of December in winter of 2019.

“5 “  Steve Aoki, 41: You’ve a chance to look at your behavior as a film director might.  Choices will be made about how to compose the next few scenes.  Be the artist you are.” Sagittarius

Evidence

Really a down day for any Patreon project procrastination work.

On the home front, it was “rain rain go away.”

Last night winds howled.  We braved the elements and closed the patio umbrellas, quickly placed the table cover on after sliding the wicker pie-shaped arm rests under so they wouldn’t blow away.

Our friends Jay and Elle visited us driving to the local Peppino’s Italian restaurant on the lake, before they and their adult son hit the road for wide open spaces of Phoenix, first and then to their home in Prescott.

Rumor they repeated was of a migration outflow from California to other states, so much so, that California will lose a seat in Congress.

This after Emma the Baroness blurted out a comment, just like Trump.

Any how, let’s remember our Holiday Tau for at least one more day.

“5”  Steve Zahn, 51: “The spirit of love generated at various times of the week lingers.  Your mood is cozy with the knowledge that when the heart is fulfilled, not much else matters.” Scorpio

Random ones that make me want change my sign.

On the previous day Steve Nash’s Holiday Tau triggered a former colleague who thanked me for something I said that changed his life.  He didn’t tell me what it was and I’ve been wracking by brain trying to recall what it was, but I bet it was a version of what McQueen has for me today. Opportunity results from preparation meeting luck at the right time.

“5”  Steve McQueen (1930 – 1980): People who say they’re lucky tend to notice opportunities more than those who self-describe as unlucky.  Your luck will happen regardless of how you see yourself.” Aries

Here’s hoping.  Let this sucker fly and see how many are inspired.

“4”  Steve Winwood, 71; Stevie Wonder, 69: An idea doesn’t have to be great to inspire people. You don’t know what will fly until you put it out there.”  Taurus

Again, Steve this one might be a keeper just to let it simmer in my brain for awhile

“5 “  Steve Aoki, 41: You’ve a chance to look at your behavior as a film director might.  Choices will be made about how to compose the next few scenes.  Be the artist you are.” Sagittarius
