Hi and welcome to Thursday’s Episode 84 in the first season of ” My 1-Year Experiment” on this 29th day of August in the summer of 2019.
As Emma the Baroness and I prepared to leave on our Norwegian vacation, it dawns on me that I have to leave each of my passion projects in such a way that I can pick up where I left off when we return from our two week vacation.
Our anniversary Italian vacation made it easier to prepare for how to track expenses and take and convert notes and photos into a journal of memories. By being prepared we can reserve more energy to tackle any last minute issues.

I guess you could say, and you wouldn’t be wrong that McQueen’s Holiday Tau describes in greater detail what Emma the Baroness and I spent more time doing.

If you’re saying today’s task is really a set of tasks to prepare for our Norwegian vacation using checklists and expense tracking strategies that proved very useful in Italy, then yes I have to agree with Jobs’ Holiday Tau.

Well, yeah. I mean, who wouldn’t agree?

Makes sense, but I’m not sure how it applies today.

So, this too makes sense. Like a child swinging on a jungle gym ladder from rung to rung overhead. You can’t make progress as you reach out for the next rung, if you don’t release the one in your other hand so you can swing it forward to grab the next rung in sequence.

Maybe GG&K’s Holiday Tau makes a case for smaller cuts and and letting go over time.

Sure, G&G’s Tau extends to me most of the time. Maybe with two meanings — with how all of my passion projects could be characterized as dimensions of the same thing, life, and literally going someplace like, I don’t know, maybe Norway?
